personally I'd sell the Termi & GT, then grab a 5.0 to join the GT500.

what is the 4th car?

That's really a touch decision, because they are all very nice cars. If it were me, I would get rid of the GT and keep the GT500 & Termi, but we all know that you are emotionally tied to the skunk so you probably wouldn't consider that. So then it boils down to the GT500 & Termi....I don't know, that's a tough one. My only question is there one you enjoy more than the other?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't your fourth vehicle a Jeep?

I have 5 cars too and they all have plates and insurance. I know about the crowded driveway, so I am adding onto it.

In your situation if it were up to me, I would sell the GT and keep the GT500 and Termi....both of those are or will be collectibles. So what's the 4th car in the garage?

Do you have room on your property to build a two or three car garage on?

I'd boot the Terminator loooong before the GT500. The terminators are already not worth crap (I see them for sale in the low 20s all day long) and it will never be a collectible (with the exception maybe of the mystichrome color). The GT500 will always maintain a higher value than any other cobra has due to the Shelby name and will jump even higher in value when Shelby goes horizontal as he likes to put it. Plus the GT500 is a lot more powerful. Hell, the 5.0 beats the Cobra like a beeotch.

Life is tough... LOL!

You wouldn't be in this predicament if you had married me. Oh, crap, wait. I never DID ask you, did I? ;-)

I'm sure you'll make the right choice, Shella. And if the timing was right, I'd consider taking the GT500 off your hands. Keep us posted.

I know, it is quite a predicament to be in....and I have been blessed so many times over. I dearly love the mustangs, all of them......but I must be sensible at some point in my life. I would keep all if I could, but the truth is there is so much overhead with three at once that I can barely keep up....payments/maintenance/insurance/space/gas/detailing. It would be different if I had help with the cars, but I don't.

My 4th vehicle *was* a jeep. I never really bonded to it at all, and the gas mileage was horrid at best. It was my daily driver, and I have a 70 mile commute to work 4 days a week. The jeep was replaced by a Toyota Corolla XRS about a month or so ago. I know it is quite a switch, but I have to say I really like the little toyota. So easy on gas, more get-up-and-go, very fun to drive.....for a compact car.

I know this is a silly thing to say, but I really want whichever one goes to go to a mustang enthusiast, much like I am. I think I would feel better knowing the car was making someone as happy as the Skunk has made me. I am really leaning towards the gt500. I have sheltered its life so much. It hasn't even really been broken in or had much time on the road. I have done a lot to the gt.....the termi is fun to drive and I am not so nervous to drive it. I have always tried to be so careful with the gt500. It's biggest trip was the trailer-ride home. Lol.

Thanks to you all for your suggestions. I will need lots of support as I try to find a new home for the orange car. I have waivered back and forth A LOT, but the time really has come that I have to make a decision and stick to it. If only my damn love of these cars would ease up. It would make my life so much easier.

I'd sell the Corolla too... I'm not trying to start a Termy vs GT500 fight but there are 10x the GT500's rolling around the streets and rare cars go for more money. It just might take 30 years for the values to change.... if there is even gas then.
