It looks like the key to a DIY fix is getting the cowl off.

Anyone have instructions on how to do that without damage?

Has there been any thread discussion on how many of the leaks occurred after the cabin air filter was replaced? Just wondering if this has any thing to do with when the leak occurs, or if its solely related to deterioration of the rubber and seals over time.
