Default Where to get heated seats installed?

Hey y'all,

I'm feeling really stupid right now because I can't get google to answer my question. I have some heated seat kits I ordered online at heatedseatkits (the WORST customer service, btw) that I want to have installed. I don't want to accidentally screw up my side airbags because of it, so want to find a professional to do it.

Problem is "heated seat installation, Houston, Tx" does not bring up any relevant sites. So I thought I'd ask y'all here: Where/how can I find a place to install heated seats into my mustang?

I'm trying to avoid dealerships if possible, but thanks for the possibility.

When I asked the dealership last time, they were like "Oh yeah, we'll just have to buy new seats to put into your car. It'll be like $3,000."

To which I was like...'FWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT?!?!?!'

Heated seats for living in Texas????

I have heated seats and I recall using them once or twice before moving south from Chicago 4 months ago. Of course, my Stang is always garaged and not my DD. But still...

From talking to other convertible drivers, apparently it feels really awesome to have the top down and the heated seats on when it's 40 degrees or so, which it does get to during winter.

40 degrees is balmy. The time (or 2) I used mine it was around -10 F. And even then I had to turn them off after about 10-15 minutes.

But if it's 40 out and you're driving around with the top down, I suppose there's no stopping being nutz. LOL!

heatedseatkits.com has by far the most idiotic customer service I've ever seen. They state on their site that you can contact them to find an installer. This is their response to me asking where a closer installation facility to Houston, TX is:

---
Hello,

We supply the H3 seat heater kits to many dealerships who use them on all their vehicles. You may contact the following installers to install our products.

Upholstery Limited Llc
9020 S. Choctaw Dr.
Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70815
225-928-1907

I would highly recommend you to purchase the seat heaters from our website for warranty purposes and you will definitely pay a lower price for the products.

Best Regards,

David Newman
Corporate Sales Manager
Tel: 1-800-975-1764
Fax: 1-800-572-4506

---

What kind of a stupid company tells me to go to Louisiana when I ask them for install shop in Texas. I'm disgusted that I spent money with these idiots.
