Not sure about the rest of his install because I haven't done it. But the two bolts for the lower control arms are 129 ft. lbs. Don't know why his instructions would've said "80-100".

Not going to comment on re-using the fasteners except to say that people do it and get away with it frequently. I would re-torque those bolts to what they are supposed to be set at though.

157db i plan on getting an alignment. As for the bent panhard its because about 1 year ago bieng an idot and hit a curb after doin a 360(i dont drive like that anymore) and i cracked my rim and bent the panhard bar, i got aftermarket rims and bent the panhard back it was bent in half or anything lol just a lil off. So i had to buy the after market phb. so after the aline what do i need to do to make it good?

riptide i will double check and re-torque those bolts for sure, must of been directions for the springs and i though it was the lcas

157db is in a fine mood today...but he has a very good point, well points.

look on eBay and get those GT500 upper strut mounts. like I said, they are cheap (under $100 shipped) and way better than your GT mounts. and they just bolt right in.

you need to get under there and torque the whole suspension down NOW. and since you've previously been in a wreck, get new bolts. They are cheap, and safe prevention.

and I hope you used loctite

Google one time use fastners
They are also coated in some instances...
Use em one - hence the name, one time use fastners, and the coating is destroyed.

Lower Control Arm Front Bolt - W704886
Lower Control Arm Rear Bolt - W704888
Lower Control Arm Front Nut - W710089
Lower Control Arm Rear Nut - W704991

The two lower front strut to spindle bolts/nuts need to be tended to also.
