Gorgeous car. I'm really liking how the superstripe looks on this newer-style Mustang. For a factory stripe from Ford, that looks darn good. Congrats on your new baby.

u can leave it on. i layed under mine and 2 hrs later it was completely bare metal. sprayed it primer black. worked great.

Nice car! The 5.0's just showed up here. I drove one yesterday for grins. You are correct that is is very smooth. Clutch is extremely light too. Nice car!

Don't worry about the bare axles. I've never owned a car where they were painted from the factory. I've never had any issues, other than appearance. Don't paint the bare driveshaft either!
