Man where are you guys getting this info on the drivabilty of 410 gears. Yeah if you want to do 100 mph everyday all day it might be a issue. I had 373's in mine and switch to 410's. I really didn't see any differnce in drivabilty or gas mileage. This is from someone that's had both sets of gears..

for 1500 i'd do the cams, cai and tune...and that still leaves enough money for installation....or get the cai and tune and an aluminum driveshaft

That is why I wrote "appreciate"...

How fast do you drive on the interstate? I average 75-80mph, and no, I've never been pulled over. I'm considering 4.10's or even 4.30's in the future, as I will be mostly city driving when I install them.

I drive about the same and just last year got my 1st ticket in about 10 yrs (94 in a 70 ouch). My post wasnt pointed at you. There is the myth going around about 410's being only a good track gear and not good for everyday driving, blah, blah. I didnt have any issues at all with my 410's. Once I return Im going with a S/C and will see how it goes. The only reason why I would get rid of my 410's will be not being able to hook at the track or on the street.
