The typical stock #'s for the '05-'09's is about 265 RWHP. What's the typical for the '10s? I'd figure about 275 and since the CAI & tune combo results in the same FINAL RWHP #'s on the '10 as it does on the '05-'09s (since the 10' is basically an already tweaked '05-'09), I'd say 287 RWHP is on the money with the OP's mods.

35 bucks for two pulls? That's cheap.

It sure doesn't look that way... there is no 'edited' notation in his post.

I paid $40 for 3 pulls at a local dyno day. I think a shop in the area has the same deal once a month or so.

Although its to be expected with harder bushings, I had the same experience. I thought it was the differential or the tranny. Ive learned to live with it, and it usually completely goes away with the windows down

Yeah it's a great deal, so I waited for a few cars and got my shifter installed in the process. As for me editing my original post, IT never happened, I figured some1 would ask why I didn't get a base run first. Now the quest to get to 300rwhp begins..

Check the correction factor on all your dyno runs and compare apples to apples. If your stock results seem a little higher than everyone elses... more than likely it's standard (STD) corrected numbers, which will read about 10hp higher or so (3-3.5%) at that power level. Or the altitude has been skewed to make a little more power as the correction factor will increase to as much as 1.08 if you say you're at higher altitude than you're really at.

You really have to do a before/after on the same dyno in the same (roughly) weather conditions. People have different dynos that numbers can be inflated, or just read higher alltogether, etc.

I can guarantee if he had done a stock pull before/after at the same place in roughly the same weather, great numbers would have shown. Also keep in mind the factory 2010 airbox is less restrictive so you gain about 5RWHP less in that respect too.

my car put down better numbers then the op's car and its an 07. In fact it has the FRPP 'bullitt' cai which everyone says is inferior to the C&L. Guess its not. CR also tuned mine too.
