My Afternoon Project - Used GTAs
Picked up a set of used GTA axle-backs through the forum. They are a bit rusty and needed a weld on one of the hangers. Got the weld done this morning.
Scraped a bunch of the surface rust off. Coated them in high-temp black paint. About to go put the second coat on. When that dries, I'll polish up the tips and install them. I'll post pics and video later today.
Video added a couple of posts down...

I juts picked up a pair of virtually new GTAs for a good price and their installed. Sound really great. Nice deep and little louder idle. Nice rumble when decelerating. And no drone. They are great if you want something a little louder than stock.

I created a little video of my efforts today. If you are a Rush fan...you'll want to watch through the end.
