Bought A Brand New 2008 Mustang GT in 2008 and am now ready to start customizing it i would like to start in the engine compartment any suggestion as to what i should add first? I was thinking to kick it off with reinforcing the engine and adding a huge super or a couple turbos.

Have you ever thought of doing a combination of the two? Might yield you the most power that way.

looked it over decided i'll prolly just go with twin turbos a small and a large i want to stay semi fuel efficient lol

FI has its good and bad. Do your research first before you buy anything.
