We know it sucks to have some moron wreck your dream car......it blows for sure. But you were not hurt, you can still live your life, go to work, knock it out with your gf. The insurance company will take care of you. Those pics dont make it look totalled to me at all. Hang in there dude.

If the Woman had no license vs having one but not on her she is at a huge disadvantage from the get go. Turning left across oncoming traffic is an immediate loose for her. The only problem I can see is if you were speeding in which case the adjusters may attempt to assign you a portion of the fault. Don't lie about it as the court will be able to subpoena the data from your cars computer which will have the last 30 seconds of data in it.

Like every body has said just chill drink a cold one and all you acn do is wait. Keep on them and get EVERYTHING in writing and if you talk too someone on the phone or in person take notes. What was said dates time who said it. If you do have too go too court you will have something too back up what you say or that you have been told over and above the police report. Hold the ins. company to what they say and dont settle for something less or what you might think is less. Get some advice on things if you need too from a pro. It will be cheaper in the long run. Good luck.

Sorry to hear what happened and be grateful you're ok. If they declare it as totaled maybe you could put that towards a 5.0? Trying to look at it positively

Don't quote me on this... but I believe if she was driving without a license it doesn't even matter if the driving accident was her fault.

I believe if you drive without a license and get in a wreck you are held responsible for the wreck even if the other driver took the action that caused the impact.

Kinda like this...
Since she had no right to be operating the vehicle... the fault goes to her... because if she hadn't broken the law and got in the vehicle and drove it... her car would not have been there to wreck into.
