Default Driveline Noise

Recently I have been getting a lot more noise from the driveline. It mostly audible when shifting from 1st to 2nd and also when I coast down then accelerate back up. I put the car on jacks and could not find any loose bolts. The only thing that I can think off is that when I grab the driveshaft and give it a twist I get like 1/4" of movement and I was wondering if that is normal.

Thanks for any input.
