Bizarre Climate Control Issue

Welllllllllllllllllllllllllll... the local ford dealer here finally saw me, and after having my car sit with them for 2 days they basically know nothing. I showed them the picture so they know it did happen and i'm not imagining but they have no clue. Right now they're waiting for Ford to get back to them with any ideas.
