I thought I was looking at a meet in america until I saw nothing but Japanese walking around. Very cool seeing the mustang love overseas, but apparently they dont care too much for the 79-93 fox bodies over there.

I lived in Japan a long time. Japan is an island nation with a homogeneous people. It's very difficult to stand out from the crowd even if you want to. Driving an American muscle car is one way to make a statement. Seeing the classic restorations on the video reminds me of the Japanese national virtue: Anything worth doing is worth doing with fanatical precision and attention to detail. Did you notice that all of the parts and colors were spot on authentic? I'll bet most of these enthusiast spend all their time and disposable yen locating parts and shipping them back to Japan just to get every detail perfect.

I think it's all lies! Ford is manufacturing/rebuilding them in Japan and shipping them to the US!

:P Jk!

Some very sweet, and unexpectedly awesome rides over there!

Beautiful cars, I've also seen vids of Mustang gatherings in Russia and the UK. It's awesome that cars have such universal appeal.
