Contrary to popular belief, the filters location in this case, is not an issue.
I have driven around while the Predator tuner is plugged in, monitoring IAT, among other things. The other day at 7:30 pm, the outside temp was 89. The Predator, seeing what the ECU see's, showed 91 degrees IAT. When waiting at a stoplight for one cycle, the temp went waaaaayyyyyy up to 94. Then dropped back down once air circulated again. So, NO, the intake location in this case is NOT a concern. In fact, at one point it even went down to 85 degrees while driving. Unknown what actually caused that.
On the other hand, when stomping the fast pedal, IAT went up to 120. I have not driven around much with the tuner plugged in on cooler days to see what differences show up, but I will definetly make it a point this fall and winter.

The kit for the 2011 is so similiar to the 05-09, that the price is the same for now and is unlikely to get cheaper for the 05-10. Only one major change is the bracketry for the blower. Everything else is minor detail differences.

I'm sure that the supercharger companies will build systems for the 3.7 if there is enough demand. It will be interesting to see who comes out with one first and if it does well.
