What gains would I see from this?

I would say 35-40 rwhp. With just a CAI and tune I was at 294 rwhp. I was at 304 rwhp with JLT CAI, Brenspeed tune, American Racing LTs w/ O/R X.
I added Comp Cams Stage II Thumprs, Steeda UDPs, Steeda CMCV delete plates, and a dyno tune a few months ago, and now I'm at 351 rwhp (355 rwhp SAE corrected).
You don't gain much from LTs alone, but they help with everything else. Also, its not all about power. The sound you get from them is awesome!

Yeaaaaaa....about that....I'll be over fighting the good fight by then lol. Got about a month before D-Day.
As for the stock manifolds, I assume you're talking about the headers, in which case, you'll still see good gains. Not quite as good, but again, if you're looking for a deal, try Boostbrothers.com's headers for our car. I have them on my car and I LOVE them. Install was a bit of a pain (I had it done) but they sound awesome and are extremely well built. And they're only $250 WITH an o/r h-pipe.
With the money you save on long tubes, you could afford the cams hehe

Cams make everything A LOT of fun, I gained over 70rwhp (not including bolt on mods) in my LS1 and plan on doing it to my GT. I'd Imagine great gains from the DOHC, if you're going to splurge you should add in a good throttle body as well make sure your final gear drive matches up with your cam's power band so you keep that baby in the zone!

I plan on adding the FR heads to my set up pretty soon.

Stock - 103.1 mph @ 0' DA (Best 103.9 mph against limiter)
CAI/Tune - 106.6 mph @ 0' DA (Best 107.7 mph)
CAI/Tune/Longtubes/ORH - 109.1 @ 0' DA (Best 110.1 mph)
Ill leave is up to you to decide what 6 mph equates to in horsepower...

Had them almost 6 months now and they still look and sound great!
Only install problem was the steering shaft. But heat the header up and bang it in a bit and it clears fine and doesn't restrict any flow.
