Boss 302

chevy is working on a Z28 but how much is it going to cost? it is supposed to have a supercharged engine but no one seems to know whether its the LS9 or LSA but in either case, how much is it going to cost? consider how much the ZR1 and CTSV are with those engines...
dodge is beefing up the challenger but its not going to make any difference..it costs 14,000 more than the other two cars and weighs twice as much. it needs 600hp, not 480.

The new Boss only has a few changes that can't just be slapped on stock GT's.
The unique quad exhaust, carbon fiber differential plates, remotely adjustable steering system. It's a good start, but not enough to keep the armies of modifiers from starting up the clone machines.
Are those new colors for all 2012 Mustangs (Competition Orange, Yellow Blaze Tri-Coat Metallic)? Or Boss specific?
Unfortunately, because the Ford guys are a little too much looking backward, the adjustable shocks and struts are not unique nor remotely adjustable form the driver's seat. They are comparing them to Gabriel shocks, which I haven't heard mentioned since radio commercials about 30 years ago.

The car looks great. I'd get one. It looks like the S197's variant of the Mach 1 for the 99-04 crowd.
Not really digging the black and whatever else is going there. My hopes are that it's only a few more thousand that the base GT (Not exceeding 40K, that's way overpriced for this package) and that the exhaust tone is leaps and bounds better than the oh-so-quiet stock 11 GT.
This may be the next Mustang I buy in a few years.
