Default $10, 10 minute heritage-like grill

Was looking at some classic mustangs and decided the chrome trim ring was something i wanted but i dont have the extra cash at the moment so i took a drive to the auto parts store. $9.99 for a roll of the fake chrome stick on trim (yeah, i know... but it looks good for now at least)

Kinda a pain putting it on with the grill still on the car but i like how it turned out for now.

The car is pretty dirty and the pics are from an iphone so its not great. What do you guys think?

I think it looks good. I love it when people think outside the box and do their own DIYs

thanks guys. The only bad part is that around the curves of the grille the "chrome" is a tiny bit wrinkled. Its only noticeable from very close though so its not really a big deal.

Im also quite the fan of DIYs. Especially super cheap little things like this. Not a lot invested but makes a bit of a difference to the looks.

Looks good but I hope you've got a couple more chrome accents or it could look out of place. But defenately looks nice.

Thanks again. Im trying to figure out what to do with the front end of my car since its fairly plain. I love the back end with the roush spoiler, SHR panel, CS bumper and the boom tubes but the front is too plain.
