Insurance isn't as bad as I thought it would be. The new gt is about 10 dollars more a month than my altima, and the older cobra is 30 a month. So that's not where my issues are. And no I still owe a tad on both. The bike I will have cleared in about 2-3 months. And the car will be done middle of next year. I bought the car in the fall if 2007.

So they're both nearly paid off. If you sold them both right now you'd probably be looking at at least 2 years more of payments. If you're really unsure, take the Mustang out for another drive and see if it really wins you over. If not then I guess it wasn't meant to be. 03-04 Cobras are awesome, I've driven one and would love to own one but you can't really test drive one of those. You can never go wrong with a Terminator, but you've gotta be OK parting with your bike and your car and that's all up to you.

I've had mine since May of 08 and it's my first Ford product. I had GM's, AMC's and imports of all sorts and I can honestly say that I am extremely satisfied as far as quality, performane, dependability, fun factor and so on....and it's a mustang...'nough said. BTW, welcome to the forum.

If you could, you could always keep the bike and sell the altima. If you can find an 03-04 Cobra for a decent price and into modding, than I'd be all over the Cobra.
+1, terminator ftw. They're hard to come by a good price though when it comes to mileage and other stuff like that.

a used gt500 has my vote but it would be worth it to lose the bike for a stang especially if you dont have the time and money to play with both

Just wondering, have you considered a used 05-09 GT? They can be had very cheap these days, are good cars, and the aftermarket on them is HUGE! Its pretty easy to get them in the 10-11 second range.

If it was me, I would wait a few months and get a new BOSS. Its suppossed to be priced in the middle of the Gt/GT500. It is probably more of the performance/goodies that your expecting. Good luck, tough choice.

if you don't love the car, then i would honestly wait until the price starts to drop...or you could look at some low mile 07-09 GT500's(if you r lookin to get a mustang) but most importantly, make sure you want what you decide...like it was sed before 35k for a car is alot of money and you don't wanna double think it

I think I would (and did) at least look at a used GT500. Low mileage & moderate goodies is about the same price as new 5.0!

Man I've just owned so many cars in my life, that I'm intimately familiar with this liked not loved thing, lol. At least for me, any time I've done that and went ahead and bought the car anyway, my eyes were wandering within 6 months. If you're not totally jazzed to have the thing, don't do it is my advice.
