There isnt really a better one I guess you could say. Its basically whatever one works/sounds better with your setup. Everyone is running different exhaust setups so its really hard to say one is better. There is no performance benefit from running one style or the other.

I would choose any stainless steel resonator. For the price, I would choose pypes M80s.
