ps, minus the headlights...just the grille, i have already ordered a similiar grille i'm just looking to put GT emblems in my grille and replace my GT emblems on the side with either the "powered by ford" or the "tri-pony" emblems...i'm torn between them. thanks for any input

What are you asking about putting the GT emblem in the grille?

The emblems probably just have an adhesive backing, so it would just be a matter if lining it up where you want it and pressing it into place. If so, be sure to thoroughly clean the area where it will be mounted so that it will stick properly.

oh good, i was worried i'd have to get the grille fabricated or have a more detailed install...thank you, i just wasn't sure the adhesive would stick to the grille

Take off the side gf emblems by using fishing string in a sawing motion. There are two alignment pins that go through the side panel, so be careful not to break the badge. It's just held on with doublestick tape. Use goo gone to remove any residue.

The Eleanor grill(as in the pic) can be ordered via AM or brenspeed. If you order the 3d carbon brand you get a free ford tri bar badge with it.

Thanks...it is my wifes car and her idea to put the emblem there!! Any emblem that you like would look great. We ordered our emblems off ebay brand new for less than $50 in Ford packaging so that we did not loose the sides.
