Slip in a 5.0.

Seriously I would do CAI, tune and exhaust.

You're going to get several responses saying intake/tune, and I'm one of them. This is the best bang for the buck mod, and by far will make more difference than the majority of the other "bolt ons" alone (for example the underdrives... you probably won't notice much). Also, having the tuner comes in handy as you add more mods later such as gears, headers, etc. The 2 main players in the game are Brenspeed and Bama (via American Muscle). Both are very competent, so you won't go wrong either way. I've used both and found both to be very good.

Welcome to the board!

Depends on personal preference and what you're looking for really... Tuner/CAI combo for power, exhaust for sound and minimum performance.

yea mud flap thats where i was leaning... exhaust would sound good but... who cares if they can hear me coming if you aint got what it takes to beatem... was go looking at the bama tuner and from what i can tell on the 10's the factor cold air is about the same as any other is this true??? Saw a couple of dyno charts , assuming they are real, but cant see much difference on cai alone vs stock

I thought about doing only the tune, but the intake does add some HP as well. It may not be as much as on the 05-09s, but its still technically "better" than the stock box and will return more power than just the tune alone. It also sounds cool. Chris from American Muscle made a post a few days ago that addresses this very question:

Personally I went with exhaust first. Yeah, it adds no performance to the car, but the thing is that I don't want my GT sounding like a puppy dog as it does from the factory. Right now I'm waiting on my Borla Touring system to come in (along with my 2011 GT itself lol).

After that upgrade, if I happen to have the money for it, I'll go CAI and Tune, but unfortunately I don't know that I'm going to get lucky enough to find the money for it any time soon.
