I can hear a lot of hissing air noise especially when I accelerate kind of hard. Is that normal with the 4.0's? It seems pretty excessive. I've never had a car with that much intake noise. I haven't driven another one to compare.

Any thoughts?

Both my 7 and 10 sounded like jets taking off under WOT. The hiss is normal. I think it sounds badass.

My Airaid CAI hisses a bit when I accelarate hard. It's normal.

my 05 with an intake and tune is crushing filters like Mr T. crushes fools. For a V6 it needs a decent amount of air (don't buy cheap filters) to run efficiently. Mine sounds like a supercharger whine under acceleration.
