That car was on display at the ford stand at Woodward, I dribbled on it a bit. It's actually a very nice job, only a few areas where the body lines wander.
Can you just imagine the mess though if you got into even just a fender-bender. There'd be a carbon explosion.

thats one of the sickest mustangs out there for sure...it's about time the carbon fiber trend caught on to us

Not that impressive really. Full CF body and the thing still weighs 3355 lbs? My new edge w/ 3/4 tank of fuel and me in it weighs 3080 lbs. I hope thats the weight of the wheels and tires at 18 lb because if its only the wheels then why not just run a set of starfish as they are 17 lbs apiece.

They make/made a full CF GT500 body for the 05-09 cars that was used for the rolex series. Blackforest motorsports ran one and they said it was 30K for the entire body.
