Im sure you guys know better than me... considering i have never even driven a 10+ but some of it might just be normal vibration. Mustangs have never been the quietest or most aerodynamic cars. I know they keep becoming more and more refined, and expensive, but its hard to fight the feeling that maybe people newer to the mustang scene are a little critical? Like i said i dont really know just a thought. And IMHO a little vibration will not harm the drivetrain at all. These OHC cars are much smoother than older v8s and suffer way less vibration. Remember shaker scoops used to really shake. U-joints are joints... they can move, they have to as the rear of the car moves anyways. Cars are made to take constant bouncing, vibration etc. They are flexible.

Now to bring this thread back on topic...

It's getting harder and harder to live with this. So far I have only had the tires/wheels road force balanced once. It's starting to feel like tree is vibration at all highway speeds, but not the same vibration. The passenger seat shakes a little as well. Is it possible that even though the dealership claimed to have balancing spot on that there is still an issue with a tire or balancing? I've read a lot of bad things about Pirelli tires?

Did you try rotating the tires front to back and see if the vibration moves with the tires?

Well, had the tires rotated front to back and it's the same exact feeling. So does that eliminate balance and/or tire defect? What should my next step be?

IMO just keep going to Ford, do not take problem not found as a solution. If you know there is a vibration that is not normal to a car, dont let them get away with passing the buck on a issue that is gonna be hard for them to find and fix.

I guess my next step would be to ask the dealership to check the driveshaft? If all checks out well, would it be worth it to ask them to rotate it 180 or 90 degrees?
