I'm really considering 4.10s, but I don't want to suffer on the highway...advice?

I cant say for sure cause I dont have mine installed yet, but I have done tons of reading before I purchased mine and everyone seems to say no. It only raises the rps 200-300 at highway speeds. Maybe a 2mpg loss which I think is good for the performance you get. Do you drive mostly highway?

I actually had to drive about 75 miles on the interstate on the way home from the install. To give you an idea of hwy rpm's...at 80mph I was turning 2750-2800 rpm's and I averaged 20.5 mpg(but that is about the same as what I got before the gears due to my cams and heavy/big Saleen's) At around 70mph you should be just below or right at 2500 rpm so you should be fine on the hwy unless you are just a speed demon that does like 90-100mph all the time.

I know a lot of guys that are running 4.30's, and to be honest with you, I am already kinda wishing I would have gone with them instead, lol. So don't be afraid of 4.10's, you will not be disappointed!

There is no negativity with 410's IMO. I really didn't notice that much of a difference in higher revs nor gas mileage (really don't care about MPG anyway).. By far one of the best mods on my car..
