Default 2011 v6 1/4

Okay, I am ready to do what it will take to make my 2011 v6 auto run the 1/4 in 13.8/13.7 and 0-60 4.9/5.0
(as of today: magnaflow mufflers, 2.73 gears)

so, what will it take???

Mine with the 2.73`s ran a corrected 14.6 @ 96. For me, nothing will get done untill I can get a tune. Untill I can get the lag time out of the throttle and 1-2 & 2-3 shifts I won`t know where I am. I believe those alone cost me .4-.5 sec. After that I`ll see about what gears I want but it all depends on the tune.

Well I would say you definitely need a higher gear ratio, a tune, and CAI will help a bunch

True, I was about to throw in some more advice but in fear of not knowing enough, I decided against it

2.73's?! Thats why they get 31 on the hwy.... I would go with 3.73's/ 4.10's that will cut down your time a good amount, a good tune + CAI aswell.

I thought the '11 v6 already ran high 13's stock? Most of the reviews are showing that anyway.

tune for quicker shifting and high octane, higher rear gear

theres a guy in S/S with a manual, 3.31 rear, and a diablosport 93 tune that snagged a 13.9.

From what I have heard the v6 mustang should run the quarter 13.8 - 13.9 stock but maybe thats just the manual?

If the auto does too you may just need to practice. Unless you are running at higher elevation or something like that, then you just need to do the calculation.
