2011 Sagging Mufflers - Rotten Look
#11
Man, THANKYOU everyone for all the great ideas. I do like the Flowmaster exhaust clips and the idea of painting the stock ones with high temp is a great idea too.
This is a great forum. Sorry if I seemed harsh. I really think I'm gonna dig this Mustang when I get it. All I can think about!

High Heat Engine Paint. Can be found at your local hardware store. You can also buy paint for your backyard grill.. The metal isn't black, you know... that's paint on there. I'm pretty sure my grill gets hotter than my mufflers....
--EDIT--Pics
These are GTA mufflers after 2 years. These are the mufflers they put on the Shelby GT in 07.

Let me be a ref for a minute. You're both right! The solution is a the new Flomaster in black stainless steel finish. I was thinking of just painting the back of the stock muffler black, anyways. That area does not see road wear and that is the most hideous looking part of the exposed muffler. Why Ford Why? I'd like just one of you to tell me the sagging muffler look looks badass! Especially when you hit a bump and the damn thing shakes. Looks like crap and looks cheap!
