The GT350 is a post title program car. You have to buy a white 2011 GT from your local dealer, and send it to Shelby American in Las Vegas. Shelby then charges you either $26,995.00 for the naturaly aspirated conversion, or $33,995.00 for the 550hp supercharged conversion. That doesn't include the shipping of your car. The Shelby American web site has a break down of all the parts that go into it, and they are a bit more expensive than what you could get them for yourself. An example would be $4000 for the baer extreeme brake kit...... Still if you have the money, and want an exclusive car, then I think it's a very nice car for sure. To expensive for me!!!.... Shelby American can arrange financing for 36 months at 3.7 percent. 100% for the price of the car, and 75% for the conversion through a company called FMCC..... Definately beyond my budget though.

I am sure that some dealers will send their own cars in for the conversion just like they did by sending regular GT500s to get the Super Snake conversion. They then sold them at rediclous markups. Like the super snakes, there will be only so many cars converted. I saw the amount they had set for this first run, but can't remember what it was. I know it wasn't a lot though.
A lot of folks have sent their cars there a while ago, but there was a delay in getting them turned around because of a snafu with getting some parts C.A.R.B. certified. It must suck to have to wait, especially after the Motor trend articule.
