And a very classy look all it own. Way too much money for me and there are many cars out there with that kind of performance. If you can do much of the work yourself you could easily spend that much over time so it is not unreasonable.

There's no way this car is 4000 lbs - the GT500 in the past has had a larger, heavier engine - the new 5.0 is very light, and the GTs are around 3500, I wouldn't imagine this would weigh too much more.

^^^my thinking as well^^^ My car weighs in at 3880 so I expect the 350 to weigh less.

That car is butt ugly though (no pun intended)...
I think that when the Boss is a reality, people will go with that car instead.

The best bang for the buck still seems to be the GT500 or a plain GT that you supercharge yourself...
Especially for folks like myself that don't give a **** about the Shelby name.
To me, Shelby cars are the ones born in the 60s and actually raced.
The ones today should be badged SVT only and be build at the Ford plant.

the best thing bout it to me is the original cobra on the back...that looks great...i really don't like the front end...and still 3800lbs is still a boat...its great performance tho..but not for 60 to 70k...
