2008 headlights coming on when car is off

I saw the lights turn on myself last night. It's rather random but frequent enough. Sometimes repeatedly and then maybe once every 15 minutes.
Where is the PCM located? I installed one of those sequential tail light adapters a couple months ago and I'm wondering if that could be the cause somehow.

That controls the engine managment and nothing else.
The SJB is located right under the water leak area
in the passengers side kick panel area where the
fuse access door is...
Owners manual shows you where.....
Sequentials are stand alone units and in no way effect
the SJB or the headlights...
