Probably would be better off ordering one from Ford. Not sure how it would look if it was just painted.

I don't know how difficult it is to take apart, but I'm sure you could find someone with a base interior that would trade your for your IUP dash.

What exactly does the IUP come with? I saw TacoBill's car with what it looked like to be a Prem package and the same steering wheel just with the black dash, I like how it matches lol.

Just get the base model dash panels and replace. It will look far better then just painting. The 2 tone is a premium feature.
