When I ordered my CAI tuner package I didn't get an order confirmation until the next day. I got an email from Bama for the custom tunes first.

You'd prolly have your answer immediately by calling rather than creating a thread and waiting for us to respond and tell you to call them. Not trying to be a dick; just saying brutha. 2 min's to call them and you'd know why prolly.

AM is a fantastic company and are directly responsible for a lot of the goodies on my car and the sweet@$$ grin I get every morning I get to drive her to work

I agree AM is a good company however i had a problem with them op. I had ordered some prepainted parts that at the time did not show they were out of stock. A week had went by and my parts had not shown up. I did the same thing and posted on here after AM claimed that there website showed they were out of stock. Really when i ordered them it infact did show they were instock. Another guy on this forum said he went to the website and it showed they were instock and actually were not. I was a little p'd b/c my card had been charged for something that was not instock. It took nearly two months.

The backlash I got for posting something about AM was very interesting. I still kept my order and finally did get it but it does show u that every company has its hickups. I think in your case u just did not give them enough time. I mean u didnt get a confirmation number right away.

So, you got an update yet or just leave everyone hanging and give AM a bad impression with a terrible thread name?
