More info. Are you buying the element to replace an existing one? If you already have one then that looks like a pretty beat-up replacement and probably needs a good cleaning/degreasing and reoiling. If not, you'll nee a tune to go with it.

this is the one i have now, its on my car, i m not talking about how dirty or if i need to clean it, i mean does the those curves with effect my performace? cuz they used to be in straight line. i was thinking if i need a new one.

You mean how the filter element is a little crushed? Mine is the same way, the kit kind of just jams the filter in there and causes it to get bent a bit...
