It was dyno tuned by Mike Murillo on a mustang dyno. 342whp/337wtq. Ran like a scalded dog but the inherent valve overlap of the long duration hotrod cams pushed unburnt fuel out. I know when my tune is on and car is running right. Some of these mail order tunes are a joke.

I didnt think about the overlap issue with the FRPP cams. I love the sound, but I don't think I would care for the smell.
I was planning an M90 and FRPP cams. Hmmm, now I am not sure about the cams. But I sure love the sound.......

my bama tunes are great. ive run a 92 octane race and 92 octane performance tune. i like the performance more bc the throttle isnt as touchy as the race tune (when they say it makes it jump off the line, it really does) but it still does have great throttle response. and i make great power too.
im making 308whp/320wtq with my 4.6 with only the JLT intake, pypes cut and clamp x pipe (still have stock cats), axle back exhaust, and underdrive pulleys. this is also WITH 3.90 gears which hurt performance on a dyno. my afr is right at 12.7 which is perfect. the driveability is great. power is linear. all around its a great tune. i couldnt be happier

they both offer free tunes for life..If you buy the SCT at brenspeed they will give you a free updated tune if you buy the part for them..Bama tunes are the exact same way..they will give you free tunes if you bought your SCT from them and buy the new part from them..Neither company will give you free updated tunes if you buy parts elsewhere.
