HELP - Release Fuel Pressure 08 Mustang GT
First step of the Roush install calls to release fuel pressure by removing fuse F41 and starting the car....my car won't start if I take the fuse out??? If I start the car and remove the fuse it dies immediately....HELP??

I'm really, really sorry, but... are you retarded?
Take the fuse out, crank the engine to release the fuel pressure. It's SUPPOSED to die from lack of fuel because there's NO FUEL PRESSURE. Isn't that the point of the first step?
Turn in your man card... But also post the results of your install.
EDIT:
OK, I feel bad about calling you a retard but, is that question for real? I mean, even your question smacks of the answer...

Could very well be retarted, just trying to follow the instructions...
Since the car is not starting, how can the fuel pressure be released?
Step b. Start the engine and allow it to idle until it stalls.
Step c. After the engine stalls, crank the engine for approximately 10 seconds to make sure the fuel injector supply manifold pressure has been released.

The reason it stalls and then won't start is BECAUSE there's no fuel presuure due to removing the fuel pump fuse. Otherwise, the fuel system would maintain pressure in the fuel lines. Imagine your garden hose sitting in the driveway with the valve turned on but the nozzle turned off. Shutting off the valve is like pulling the fuse, but there's still pressure in the hose. Squeeze the handle and the pressure releases. In your case after the fuse is pulled (like shutting off the valve to the hose), cranking the engine is like squeezing the handle.
And you don't WANT the engine to start or keep running.
