looking good man. never would have thought to throw blacked rims on a car your color. the stripes will tie it all in very nicely.
btw, please ditch the freebie advertising. that Dealership crap ruins the rear end of the car
The first thing I did was tear off the decal they put on the back. I NEVER drive around with dealer frames or anything. I want money if they want me to advertise.
For now, I am waiting on the new plates to come in, which is probably this week. Why bother taking off the dealer tags when I know I'm just going to do it again to put the new plates on... thats why I haven't bothered yet. Those ugly chrome frames are bound for my trash can this week.
I was originally going to do a gray, or the black/machined 2010 GT500 wheels... then I decided to go with black instead, and in the same style as on my old GT. The car I sold years ago that I never should have was my 2007 GT auto. Even though all it had was a CAI/tune, I always liked that car better than my blown 09. This new one is sort of a nod to that old one I miss. I had the same side faders on the old car (the new ones will be in black):
good luck with the sumitomo's, I had some a couple years ago and they started whining after about 10,000 miles, I couldn't stand to drive the car it was so obnoxious. love the wheels tho.
