They havent finished the CARB certification yet for the 05-08 kits. The kits for the 09-10, & 11's are currently being made and then have to go through CARB cert.

So they ARE (05-08s) going to be 50 state legal soon??

If they can have it for the Hemi's, our cars need them too!

hit me up when those kits come with a carb number.. been waiting for awhile for these kits to be IM safe.
