I'm with you. If people want to post pretty pictures great. I really do admire some of them. But FAR too often those pretty picture don't allow me to see my main interest....the damn car!

To the OP, great looking car. Two questions: Is your car redfire or candy apple? What color are the stripes? I like the unique combination.

The car is DK Candy Apple, the stripes don't have a name, the best description would be a deep cherry red metallic that I chose out of a stack of paint chips. I wanted contrast, but didn't care much for the white and black stripes, something a bit more subtle, but still definitely there.
Here's a closer look of the stripe in full sun.

I personally like the color of the stripe! It adds a nice subtle touch.
