Default Question about the Brembo Brake Package...

Unfortunately I was trying to save as much as money as possible and had to opt out of the Brembo package. I figured I can always upgrade later as come across more money. My question is: I took a look at the Roush Brakes and those are only for the front. Are the Brembos you purchase from the dealer on the front and back?

The $1695.00 Brembo Brake Package included;

* Front 14" Brembo vented rotors with Brembo 4 piston calipers.

* Rear 11.8" vented rotors with 2 piston calipers. Doesn't say Brembo for the rears, so I think it's just the front are Brembo.

* Unique Electronic Stability Control (ESC) tuning.

* Tire Mobility Kit, replaces spare tire.

Also retuned (i.e. stiffer) suspension. There has been some controversy on the boards about this, but the fact is the suspension part numbers are different with/without Brembo. The ride is noticeably stiffer.

That's good, can't wait to order mine with the Brembo Package and give it a GO.

The steering assembly is based on the tire size when the vehicle was built.

If you are using the car mainly as your daily driver, would you ever notice the difference? Just asking because I also did not get the brembo package due to the price, thinking I could put in brembo calipers later if I wanted. So.....does it make a difference? Or just if you're going to the track?

The wheels and tires are different and the wheels are unique to the package. If you can afford the package it offers a great value. I also believe the sway bars are different so there's a lot more to the package than just the brakes.
