^^ LOL at the video.

seriously though, I've heard raves about this Di-Noc for years and have a few samples of it left. it's great vinyl and actually has carbon fiber texture too. A lot of these vinyls are just a pront, but this stuff is the real deal. It looks more appropriate on imports (my mazda 3 has it wrapped on the spoiler and side view mirrors), but would look really good on a mustang if you were to do some interior accents with it or wrap the pony badge. subtle things like that seem more suitable for a mustang

its a sticker....that looks like carbon fibre. It might be a high quality sticker, but it isn't 'the real deal'

"The real 'functional' deal..."

Only if it is functional and not just decorative.

Maybe if the dash was carbon fiber overlay as well...
Now CF hoods do look different AND functional...
Get a CF RKE fob housing and hide it in your pocket.
Best of both worlds.
Money gone.
CF employed.
Hidden from view.
Cant beat that mod.
Get a Boy Racer body kit and be the talk of the town.

Why do most people equate CF with imports? Race cars have a lot CF don't they, also the corvette zr1 has a CF roof, that's not a import.

Imports do it for looks (for the most part), while with the ZR1 and race cars it serves a purpose

everyone is entitled to there own opinion so OP if u like it try it out ... its only a sticker anyway. i think maybe your stripes instead of black being the CF would look good. but like i said do whatever you want, its your car and its already good looking lol

my 2 cents =] *flame suit on!
To an extent, I agree that CF does not equal rice. If you have CF trim pieces, and it it's tastefully conservative and accents the car well, then that CF gear is not rice.
But if the CF is outrageous and over the top, then it is rice.

Or if the CF is nothing but a sticker.

Yes, if the CF is a sticker, that is not just rice, that is poser. Makes me laugh really, a sticker of CF does not make your car lighter like these guys who have them want you to think they do.
