Default Cheapest Rear Drag Wheel/Tire Setup...

Looking for something in the 15-17" Diameter wheel setup for the Rear of an S197 with an 8.8 rear. Opinions?

Stock 17s from new edge or s197 with mt et streets 28x11.5 fit perfectly. Cheap and seriously sticky!

Yeah 808 is right, mts are the best you can buy. You dont have to smoke the heck out of em to get em to hook up. Good people over there too. Probably want to look at mt radials though if they are strictly track tires.

whats the deal with backspacing off of a new edge? How far will they be pushed out with and 11.5" tire on an 8" wide wheel?
