28 seems crazy high. I mean unless I missed something its the usually suspects for bolt ons and some body work.

An 05 GT can be picked up for like 15k all day long, I don't know where the other 13k is coming from.

Also, I'm surprised a dealer can knowingly sell a car that was not smoggable.

The only thing I can think of is that they have a smog man on their payroll but to advertise no cats is not to awfully bright in my opinion.

oh its nice, dont get me wrong, i just would not pay extra cause someone else was noted for what they built. It would seem off to me, I dont know, maybe cause I built up my own, so I have a diffrent pride in ownership. I guess the money just seems like there asking for more then what the sum of the parts are worth, but I had not considered that some may pay extra for having a car that was in a magazine within the last few years.

I would imagine they could sell it as not street legal, as in for track use only. Otherwise, it is the seller's responsibility to smog the car before selling it. And knowingly removing smog components in CA is a bad idea 8( And $28k is definitely a bit steep.

Its an 05, I would have to pass unless it was
priced cheap enough to flip it for a profit.
28K is just a little too steep for there to be a
flippable profit. Where is the second 05 that
should be included for that price?
07s or better to open with in this poker game...
