Thumbs up A Big Thanks To Chris Rose and American Muscle!

I have been in contact with Chris Rose about a problem I have been having with my 2006 GT.

Well, after a number of conversations Chris seemed to think it was a problem with my Dyno Tune.

He talked to me about the MANY tunes he has made for these cars
with Hot Rod Cams installed and he said he would bet money it was
a tune problem. He even went as far as to make a FREE tune for me
because he was really wanting to help me with my problem.

I have bought from American Muscle numerous times but I have
not bought anything that would come with a tune.
In other words... he was under no obligation to do this.

He did it out of sheer kindness and concern for a Mustang owner and
a customer. I will be trying this tune as soon as possible and I want to thank him ahead of time.

You can be sure American Muscle has a loyal customer with me
as they really care about people in general.

Thanks again Chris!

That's really cool of them! Great company... they've won me over too.

I'm very glad to hear that. Stories like that of great customer service are the things that sway me and others in their direction.

Word of mouth is the key of sales, and survival of any company! I personally have never purchased anything from AM but I would based on what I've heard from satisfied customers, and Chris Rose's name is very popular when it come to Tunes, I know where mibe will come from!

Sadly I can't purchase from AM being an international customer (they don't accept international credit cards/paypal). But they have indeed made a name for themselves, for example I googled 'mustang parts' the other day and they're first on the list. Heard nothing but good reviews about them from everyone on this site..

Don't want to bad mouth AM at all, but in case Chris stops by here sometime to comment, I'm having a bit of a problem with AM and the tuning process right now.

I ordered my tuner about a month ago now and was told I had to wait until SCT said my computer code was good to go for programming a tune before they could write one. But at this point, a month down the road and a bill for $354 charged, it feels like this is at least minorly ridiculous

I've ordered several products from AM with no issues. Ordering process is easy, the prices are competitive, shipping is FREE and on-time. =-)
Keep up the great work AM!

IM sure u have called right to get this problem solved. I had one ordering problem but all other orders have gone great dealing with american muscle. They seem to have their act together and treat people right. There are other businesses for are mustangs that also stand out from the rest. Id like to give a thumbs up to them also
