It's probably a BAD idea to climb on top of a rag top to clear the snow off. Yeah, I know, who's that stupid?

Then there's a son I'd like to disown that told me he busted one of his wiper blades off last winter. I asked "how". He said "I was shoveling snow off the hood."

It's certainly from his mother's side...

Wife just bought a 2010 convertible.
Do not have a garage. Any information on good car covers would be greatly appreciated.
She would prefer a cover that just covers the top, if such a thing is available
Thanks

Thanks a ton guys! And it's a v6 with a little less than 15k miles on it, good condition, and the guy is selling it for 12k, is it a good deal? He just put on brand new tires and brakes too!

Isn't there some type of stuff that you can put on the top to help keep it in good condition?
Just wondering because when we had a rag-top Jeep after many years of driving it to work, the top eventually dry rotted. Don't know if it was the same material used on the Mustang (probably not) but I would look into some kind of conditioner for it.

Many years ago, my Dad (RIP) used a shovel to get snow off of my mother's (RIP) 1978 Mustang. She was livid when she saw the scratches on her car!
It was during a freak storm (we hardly ever get snow here) where we got 8+ inches.
