Second time this has happened - on the way to work today, the muffler hanger on my driver's side Roush offroad exhaust broke. The first time was about a year ago, and the entire muffler assembly was replaced. This time, broke in nearly the same spot. Think I will take to a muffler shop to have them weld me up a new hanger.

Anyone else have this issue with the Roush offroad exhaust?

Having them welded is your best bet!

take them off, make sure they weld them properly. Welds should look like a nightcrawler laying next to the metal contacting the muffler. No splattering or drippy looking welds. One time should be enough.

Yeah, I'm taking the car to my exhaust guy on Saturday AM. He's done all my rides over the years. Although the bailing wire hanger has been working out well so far...
