As others have said, you should be proud of that stang and your brother does absolutely incredible work. That kind of a job you just don't trust to anybody. There are too many chop shop type places that would not do that right and would be unsafe on the road.

Congrats on your "new" stang!!

I drove about 200 miles over the weekend and i have to say im extremely happy. The car is perfect. No odd noises or crooked anything. lol I couldn't be happier. Now its time to pay off the wheels then think about performance stuff. Oh yeah there is one thing im trying to dig up info on tho. even having a new filler neck for the tank i still can't pump gas into the car. gotta do the nascar upside down trick to put even a drip in it. I had that problem before it was wrecked too. kinda gets irritating.

I like the black over silver with the thin red stripe in between.

Then again, I might be a little bit biased because that's almost the exact OE paint scheme I ordered my '79 Malibu with (its twin red stripe arrangement is a decal though).

Fantastic repair job.

This is quite the payoff! I've been following this thread all along and I kept waiting for updates! Enjoy the 'Stang and I bet you appreciate it now even more than when you first bought it!

Its actually not black on top its a Graphite gray, but depending on the time of day and the way the sun hits it it does look black. i love it.
