Saw that on eBay myself. You still have to buy the heat exchanger, water pump and all the misc bull
Just buy a whole kit or a used one. Got mine for $4k used with Techco Cai/100 mm TB and 5/8/10 psi pulley's

you could always get the AFCO dual fan heat exchanger upgrade for $699, Saleen upgrade kit ($1,000 stage 3 motor sports), the KB BAP and injectors ($500?), and have it all for about $4,850... not sure about the dagas pump and associated hardware.
on the end, you'll have a 8-9 psi running saleen though..
