measure the distance from the outer edge of the tire to the outer edge of the fender. If one side is different from the other you need to see if your panhard is adjustable, if it is not, and they are off, its time to invest in one. Some people do not have a problem when they lower, some do. Those that do, need a adjustable panhard 90% of the time.

I agree with the adjustable panhard bar...
Usually the culprit, next would be the rim offsets.

In your case though, I'll bank on the P. bar.

Yea, whats the width, offset and backspacing for your rear rims?

How about a low down pic from the rear showing side clearances?

Yep, tire size is one thing, but it all depends on the rimm offset??

even with my stock suspension. i measure a difference in L vs R rear tire clearance from the fender.
it is more notable with wider tires. could be worse with a drop.
if you run 285's or less, it doesn't matter if the rear tires are off center bc there is enough clearance to fit.
but you put on 305's or bigger, or maybe the OP's 295, then you'll need the adj. panhardbar

that would make sense. As the axle moves up, the panhard pushs it out the drivers side of the car, so it would be the passenger side inner fender you hear rubbing.
