Maybe she though traction control was AWD.

If she has an automatic, tell her she has a hybrid. And that the OD button is for engaging and disengaging the electric motor assist.

If there were such a thing as an AWD 'Stang, I bet $1000 that almost all, if not all, of the "Driving my 'Stang in the snow" threads would not exist.

The answer, is no, there was never an AWD 'Stang ever made.
If someone has done such a mod, I sure as hell am interested in knowing how he did it because there is not that much room under the car with the headers and all crowding the area.

Got to put the motor in the backseat then try to figure out how to mate both motors to one transfer case! Just Joking. Kinda feel sorry for the girl. She must not have driven it much in wet or slick conditions. Maybe she thought she had bought a Subaru.
