Just got an mgw shifter on ebay. Its the old version (what are the differences between that and the new one?). Its brand new includes everything. I'm not too scared about there being an 'ebay' problem with it, but since I only paid 70$ who cares.

Main question I guess is the fact that he says that the 'shift stop kit is installed'. What exactly does this do? do I want this on there? ...if not, how do I uninstall it?

Any tips on the install? How many turns does everyone suggest to adjust the throw length?
